Nous voulons prot\u00e9ger les valeurs authentiques de la r\u00e9gion et c&#8217;est pourquoi nous vous proposons nos sentiers. Il s&#8217;agit de paysages diversifi\u00e9s que nous voulons pr\u00e9server en tant qu&#8217;espaces pour le d\u00e9veloppement durable du territoire, en les int\u00e9grant au paysage culturel des vignobles et des cultures agricoles qui entourent la zone, ainsi qu&#8217;\u00e0 la cha\u00eene de montagnes de la Sierra de Cantabria qui se referme au nord.<\/p><p>La randonn\u00e9e, et en tout cas les promenades les plus simples, permettent un contact \u00e9troit avec la nature, am\u00e9liorant le bien-\u00eatre de ceux qui la pratiquent et favorisant la sensibilisation, l&#8217;\u00e9ducation et la connaissance de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans son ensemble \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9gard du soin de nos ressources naturelles les plus pr\u00e9cieuses et vitales, ainsi que de leur biodiversit\u00e9.<\/p><p>L&#8217;eau, les for\u00eats, les plantes, les animaux et les paysages sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments que nous devons particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9server pour la durabilit\u00e9 de la plan\u00e8te. C&#8217;est pourquoi nous vous encourageons \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 conna\u00eetre nos sentiers et \u00e0 en prendre
