Il part du mur d'enceinte du ch\u00e2teau, situ\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de la Plaza Mayor. Au carrefour avec la route qui traverse Cuzcurrita, il y a un panneau qui marque le d\u00e9but du chemin. Traversez la premi\u00e8re partie du mur qui entoure la cave et le ch\u00e2teau jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous atteigniez une fourche dans le chemin. Prenez l'embranchement \u00e0 gauche qui indique la direction de l'Ermitage, et continuez sur le sentier en suivant un parcours presque lin\u00e9aire jusqu'\u00e0 l'ermitage roman de Sorejana. \n<br><br>\nLe chemin n'est pas particuli\u00e8rement bois\u00e9, il est donc id\u00e9al pour une promenade au printemps, en automne ou en hiver. Il traverse des champs de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et de vignes et vous pouvez y voir diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces botaniques. La chapelle romane de Sorejana nous attend \u00e0 la fin de l'itin\u00e9raire pour contempler sa structure et la d\u00e9coration v\u00e9g\u00e9tale (la plupart) sculpt\u00e9e sur les chapiteaux, preuve tangible \u00e0 travers l'histoire de l'importance de la nature et des cultures dans cette r\u00e9gion.
